Norm is a fantastic mechanic, he knows all the tricks when it comes to older boats and has no problem sharing his knowledge with you. I have a late 80's ski boat and he keeps it in tip top shape. Fair prices, honest mechanic and he'll come work on the boat at your house. Can't beat that.

Norm knows his stuff. Wish I had taken my boat to him first. If you want a boat mechanic that knows all the tricks and deception the other shops try, and will tell you exactly what's going on with your boat, then go to Portland Sterndrive. Besides being upfront with the situation and needed repairs, he actually let me sit-in with him and learn about my boat firsthand and see the problems as they were discovered.
